Scheduling Policy

This Scheduling Policy explains what happens when you book a call with Digital Marka LLC, doing business as Marka Group HVAC Consulting (“Marka Group,” “we,” “us,” “our”), through our website. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, which continue to apply. By booking a call, you agree to this Policy.

01. Information we collect when you book

To schedule a call, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, and business name. We use this information to confirm the meeting, contact you about it, and prepare for the conversation. It is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

02. Confirming, rescheduling & canceling

After you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a calendar invite. You can reschedule or cancel using the link in that email, or by contacting us directly at hello@markagroup.co, up until the scheduled time.

03. Reminder emails

We may send reminder emails before your call so you don’t miss it.

04. Calls take place over Google Meet

Calls booked through our site take place over Google Meet, a video-conferencing service operated by Google. We generate your calendar event and Meet link using our own Google Workspace account — we do not access your personal Google account or calendar to do this.

The call itself is transmitted through Google’s infrastructure and is subject to Google’s own privacy practices and terms, which are outside our control. We encourage you to review Google’s Privacy Policy before joining. Joining a Google Meet call does not require a Google account.

05. How we use and share your booking information

We use your booking information to schedule and prepare for the call. We do not sell it. It’s shared only with the service providers that operate our scheduling infrastructure (Google Workspace), consistent with our Privacy Policy.
