Content on our site — including blog posts, LinkedIn content, and general commentary about HVAC operations — is provided for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for a personalized diagnostic engagement. We make no representation that general content on our site applies to your specific business, and we may update or change it at any time without notice.

Nothing on our site or in our general communications constitutes legal, financial, tax, accounting, or engineering advice. Our operational recommendations do not replace the judgment of a licensed professional where one is required — for example, decisions involving HVAC system design, code compliance, or safety must be reviewed by a licensed engineer or contractor as applicable. You should consult a qualified professional before acting on any recommendation with legal, financial, or safety implications.

03. Our commitments vs. business outcomes

Our commitments (described in our Terms of Service, Section 03 and Refund & Cancellation Policy) are limited to specific, defined outcomes:

• Phase 1 (On-Site Setup): identifying at least one clear, measurable opportunity in your operation, as documented in your written Solution Roadmap.
• Phase 2 (Implementation): working toward the goals set out in your written Goals Agreement for up to 3 additional months if they are not met within the initial 3-month period, provided you have held up your own responsibilities under our Terms of Service.

These are the only outcomes we commit to. Your Order includes both phases — Phase 2 has a minimum monthly fee of $4,499 for a 3-month minimum term, agreed at signing. Any scope beyond that minimum requires your separate approval (see Terms of Service, Section 03).

We do not guarantee that implementing our recommendations, or the solution built under Phase 2, will produce any particular financial result, efficiency gain, revenue increase, cost reduction, or other business outcome. Results depend on factors specific to your business, market conditions, your team’s execution, and decisions outside our control. Any examples, case studies, or client outcomes we share (where permitted) are illustrative of one business’s experience and are not a promise of similar results for you.

04. “As is” and warranties

The site, Services, and all deliverables are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law, except for the specific diagnostic commitment described in Section 03 above. See the disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability in our Terms of Service, which are incorporated here by reference.

05. External links & third parties

Our site may reference or link to third-party websites, tools, or services (for example, scheduling or video-conferencing platforms) that we do not control or endorse. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of any third party, and your dealings with them are solely between you and that third party.
